Vancouver Artropia Youth Society (VAYS) has the following disclaimer for participating in various activities organized by VAYS:
1. Participator in the event should obey the safety warnings of the organizer; and observe and fully recognize the potential safety risks both outdoors and indoors. Responsibility for safety rests with individuals and their families.
2. Care for the property and environment of the owner of the venue, and the litigents shall be responsible for compensation for the damage that occurs.
3. Accepting the invitation to participate in the event means that you agree to the relevant works and photos (including videos) used by VAYS for the purpose of publicity activities, even if there are people in the background. If you have any objection, please let us know in advance.
4. The organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the event due to force majeure such as weather and epidemic. The organizer reserves the right of interpretation.
